your account may have been hacked into by a bot and sent out a mass mailing. Email providers have restrictions on outgoing mail to try and combat spamers etc. sop a mass mailing all at once or over a short period of time will get you locked down, Contact customer support and they will probably be able to both let you know what happened and get you back up and going.
