      You may need a new cartilage or your Pinter needs to be calibrated. You can find how to do that under the tools option on your printer.

        Did you first try to run a test page and or a cleaning page of the printer?If this unit has a separate cartridge for black ink and colour ink try replacing the balck cartridge.
