Its a very hard case and in courts there will hundred reasons why this happened the Mother will have to prove that she is also fit for parenthood and I know this hard to understand why should the dad get custody aftrer hit the mom well no one desearves to be hit but there must be a reason why they gave custody to the dad

they must of felt the child was in danger. what i dont get is why they arent helping her also

Why was this man not arrested for beating a woman? Did he beat her before or after the baby was born? A man who beats a woman is abusive with anger management issues and has no business parenting a demanding infant.

If he has good reason to report her,"so be it".I'm sure Social Services will get to the bottom of it.You might even find that Social Services investigate his parenting also.

You can bet that both parents are being scrutinized. The child might need to go to foster care or to a family member's home. However, if that happens, the child and Mother won't be able to bond. It's a no-win situation.
