    i can nor get this device to load properly

    it did look like it was going fine said back up was done but you can not find the files and it will not do a thing when you plug it back in nothing on the screen .i am totally fed up with product

      Return the item to the place of purchase and hopefully find a suitable, working replacement. Good luck and peace to you....
