Plantar fascitis is not a true bone, it is a wrong growth from walking or running or being over weight. the cartlige grows or forms a bad spear (know by many as a heal spear ) I had this and a foot Dr. used a ultrasonic mechanic to brake up the bad spear then you grow a healthy one,,,,start wearing New Balice or Nike running Dr. might give you a Cortisone shot or RX, and anty inflammatory med ie(Advil or a RX)if you
Any way if you have one it will hurt in the AM or any time you rest and start to walk is when the pain will be the most.....See a foot DR..if you can...
