If I would have seen this question when you first asked it 3 years ago I would have advised you to go to the emergency room.

Never hesitate to call your doctor or go the the emergency room after a major procedure if  something does not feel or look right.

It's not something you have to go to the E R for. But, you should go to your Dr.  ASAP. Preferably, the doctor that did the heart cath.

I don't subscribe to heart caths, b/c it's dangerous, and it's just for the Dr's  information, really. Besides, they can tell a lot about  your heart and arteries by non-evasive methods........such as an echo cardio-gram. I saw my  mother's echo being done.....one the screen.

We're moved by sob stories at akaQA.com, but we don't bleed. We might shed a tear or cry hard, but never blood. Not on this site!
