    Greenbeans... after cooking them (some way or what ever) they are still crunchy when u eat them> how are they fixed??

    what i do is cook a smoked ham hock in water with some seasoned salt and red pepper seeds. the hock will take around 2 hrs. to get done. is done when skin splits. put in green beans let cook until beans are tender. i add potatoes and onions about halfway through.
