    3. My reference is 1167597,Going to the Canaries in Dec.2011. My questions are: My invoicesays that I have to pay the difference by August 25th. But your booking conditions state that i have to pay the balance by 57 days before sailing??? Also we were told that pre tips payment was £80.00 not the £87.56 that is on the invoice??

    Also parking at Southampton was Free if we booked before the 7th of August2011, But as we did not get your invoice till the 9th of August this seems unfair ,please advise!
