A doctor can band them but there is a good chance they will return anyway, plus there can be a lot of pain in the banding process.
If you are having problems with them coming out of your anus, I suggest simply pushing them back in to assist in relieving any discomfort When they do exit the anus, they will swell so you may have to keep pushing them back in for a while at least until the swelling goes down. To assist in keeping them from swelling, don't sit on the toilet reading, do your business and get up! Avoid 'digging' at them if they itch, just put them back in place.
Use some caution, roids can be dangerous so if your situation is severe, see your doctor.
