20.5* Celsius is the equivalent of 69* Fahrenheit. Depending on where you live and what temperatures you are used to, it's difficult to say. Where I live, if it's 20*C, no wind and the sun is shining, it's almost perfect!

D., I agree that I think she's talking about celcius..
20.5 degrees is BELOW freezing. How could you think it ISN'T cold?

The Questioner was obviously referring to 'degrees centigrade' whereby this is normally perceived as quite pleasant, but if there is a 'wind chill factor' then it could feel colder than it actually is.
