Don't really know if you can....as I'm from the VietNam era it eternally interests me concerning any questions regarding our troops consequent health issues stemming from same. There is a Viet Nam vet named Frank Tate who has doctors stating they believe he contracted cirrhosis of the liver from Agent Orange.However, the Department of Veterans Affairs does not acknowledge cirrhosis being caused by Agent Orange and I believe he is still fighting this decision.
