    breath deeply and understand that anger is a negative emotion, just relax and redirect your emotions. You will soon allow the negative junk to pass right away

    Take an anger management course. Somethings you just need help with. Anger is one. Be willing to listen to what is taught. Good luck.

    Close your eye. Take a deep breath, hold for 5 seconds, then exhale.  Repeat 10 times.
