    A diabetic I know has told me between 80 and 100.

    70  to  120  after that is going borderline high.  below 70 is dangerous.

    What is your age, I wouldn't worry about it as long as it's under 200 if your over 65.


    The doctors would want you to keep it 100 but thats so they can get into your pockets more.


    As a life time Diabetic I know what I'm talking about.

    Last month, my reading was 102 (had ice cream the night before my doctor's appointment) and my doctor was looking at me funny.

    102 is great, doctors are now saying it should be under 100, don't let them start you on some drug that is a lot worst than sugar running a little high.
