    Do fetus cry when they are in the womb?

    This is a question I asked because I was just wondering about that?

    so you're saying that the whole nine months the fetus is in the female body they do not breathe until the are born right?

    Right. They do not breathe air until they are outside of the womb.

    ya know, I am sure that a fetus gets a little aggrevated, they do after all kick and stuff. Cry? I doubt it. To cry would require air intake and a fetus is not breathing yet

    Yes,They can feel pain, let's put it that way. Because when probed with a stylus, (a needle)  like in a digital needle scan imaging,---the fetus will shrink away in pain from the needle. They also have been seen sucking their thumb on an ultra sound . My neice said when she was 7 mos preg, her fetus was jumping around in time to the music, which was the Halalleuiah Chorus to the Messiah in  church, b/c it was Christmas time
