    I mailed my check $110.00 on 7-18-2011 for renew registration my 1995 ES-300 Lexus. Check was cashed

    but I have NOT received my registration for the car and the 2012 sticker. Please explain.

       you may want to contact the California department of motor vehicles...I would start there not here
