I hope your NOT in charge of Hiring . NO everyone doesn't tell the Truthon their Job appln.
But if you don't and you get caught in a lie later a Boss can use that as grounds to fire you.
'Honesty is the Best Policy', but today Honesty is hard to find when it comes to money and profits made in Business.
