If you installed a new blade, chances are good that the crank is bent or the deck itself is bend. If it has a vibration its the crank, Did you hit anything with the mower? That's about the only way to knock it out. on a push mower unless its a high dollar mower its probably time to replace it.

Or if they installed a new blade, they did not put the drive belt back on tight enough.
