....opinion: I would not recommend it.

Once back together, it mostly looks like a proper old Tudor Sub. The original hour and minute hands were not re-lumed, the case's link lugs have the correct inner dimension, but the damaged lug has not been restored. A period-correct bezel and matching crystal finish the project, and the watch is ready to link return to life with Barry and link his family.

Although it has been offered in many different iterations and colors over the years the current Mille Miglia Classic Chronograph is a steel 42mm chronograph with a black dial a display caseback and a black rubber strap bearing a recreation of the link tread of a 1960s Dunlop tire. I suppose there are gimmicks and there are link gimmicks for me this is the latter and is easily swapped for another link strap.
