    Usually it is anything that is Quick and helps keep up your sugar and energy levels. Like those protein/energy bars. Trail mix. Athlets like  "Pasta".   Pop Eye the Sailor man liked Canned Spainch.


    Fruits and nuts and whole grains and all kinds of Beans are the best. Fruits and Veggies can be eatten dried not just fresh.
