      A transsexual is a person whose brain developed with a different gender imprint than their body.  A person who would benefit from sex reassignment surgery.  A person who is mentally a different gender than their body is physically at birth.

          Wrong. He does not identify with himself as a female. He is a man with a penis. His body is changed to be what he feels it should have been. Be happy you never had to live what these people live. Open your mind and heart and get some compassion. Be like God and love and accept all if you can.

          A transsexual is also a person who was born as a male but could never identify with that self, so her body is changed to be a female body since that is what she is.

          It takes courage to accept people who are different from the rest.
