      If it's a small bone, like those in sardines, you have nothing to worry about. They are also, a good source of calcium.

          Yeah 6dogs, I'm going to go on-line while my Auntie is sitting there choking.  First call 911.  For fish bones, I always heard to eat a piece of squished up bread.  Or the Heimlich maneuver.  Then you might even have to do CPR.

              It  might be stuck in your throth,if that the case call Amb but you might want take a small peace of bread and make it past your wind pipe without going into panic. Try   to relaze when you swallow also drink a class of water behide it.
