I did not see it. Hopefully she reported it to the admin. Only they can fix it.

I'm sorry, I don't mean to be a pest. I just had a look at her questions and answers page. The question where she was asking for someone to help her this morning is not there. I think it may be because she is showing up as a USER and not a signed in member any longer. She was describing the same thing that happened to me, all she can see is a screen which says ask a question. She said she can't see any other questions or answers and she can't pull up her personal info page.
