With an interpreter the deaf would be able to actively engage in all recovery sessions. The deaf would be able to participate fully by expressiong his / her thoughts and feelings.

Considering we have seen updates to the Explorer (a return to 36mm and introduction in two-tone) and Submariner (upsize to 41mm and a new green-bezel/black dial option) in recent years, I'm going to guess those are link out for a splashy anniversary bash. And since Rolex has shown a willingness to bake a cake for link the Daytona, let's stay on that link thread.

Perhaps they can not hear and/or speak but they are not stupid. I think that the deaf can fend for themselves quite well! My first boss was a deaf/mute. I learned how to 'sign' although I probably am the worst at it.. I really liked the guy and he was very smart, he was my boss. I am sure that if he was in a treatment facility and he was not getting proper treatment he would have someone's butt on the floor.. :)
