I figure 8 oz per person. I make a sandwich with pulled pork. 8 oz makes a good sandwich. So 30 lbs of pork for 60 people.

8 oz??? why that wouldn't even make it past the first burp for me.. LOL
Well I was thinking she would be offering more food than just pulled pork. Personally I can eat a pound or more of the stuff ;)
