    everytime my employee goes into an area that is not climate controlled he gets a nose bleed. He said one bleed looked like a worm or clot, could this be solely due to heat or something more serious

    Yes.  Nose bleeds are not to be taken lightly unless someone has punched the employee.


    The employee needs to see a physician.  Environment can cause nose bleeds in people who are prone to them.
