      It's hard to generalize but I believe stricter rulings are in place especially for drug offenders.
      Our society is deteriorating rapidly and we need to take steps in order to fight this trend.

        I've personally been to prison 6 times for robbery & stolen cars. I personally hate mandatory minimums because in Oregon any violent or property crime has one.What i can tell you is every crime I committed started with a shot of meth.I did my crimes and I did my time, everybody knows what the law is and if we choose to break it.....
