    I have had a replacement left knee and I am about to have left hip replacement , and I am having difficulty in walking having a lot of pain in my left knee . is this anything to do with my bad hip ?

    I don't think so. If anything, I would think your right knee would be affected. Since your left hip is bad, you would naturally shift your weight to your right hip. This would put stress on your right knee. I'd have the doctor check your left knee. Just so you know, we are not medical people here, we just do the best we can to answer questions with what we know. ;)
