      See your family physician.... or it could be a phase.... or a reaction to a change in his life like the addition of a family member.... does he attend daycare? If so, what is happening there? It could be attention seeking behaviour.....


      It could also be an expression of 'control' if he is being severely disciplined or feels he has no control over anything in his life... it is the one thing he does have control over. It could also be some kind of medical condition which brings us back to seeing a physician.
