    u mean they do not have to honer the agreement even it it is made before they sell

    The new owners do not have to honor an agreement made by the previous owner. You can sue the previous owner for breach of contract if you have money invested. You can also try and make a new agreement with the new owner.

    i would be the bad guy then if his deal falls through

    say his deal falls through he can stop me from useing the outhouse

    my issue is i bought a camp and i found out that the outhouse is on the neibors property . i am thinking about leasing it . but i did not pay him yet at the time had this property for sale  and i just found out he has a buyer and is pressureing me to pay him
