Dependent upon the task you may view life's tasks through rose-tinted glasses [ it's what I do ] in an effort to view them with a lighter heart and more colorful approach. Many people see things through a blue light which tends to impart sadness, depression, the 'blues' so I would avoid that choice at the onset !
I have color-coated many of the events / tasks of life likely as a way of viewing things differently than in simple shades of black or white.... I mean grey is nice but one can only take so much of it before it becomes rather ... boring indeed!
So yes my friend ... color up your whole life ... especially the past. Rainbows everywhere!!!
