    What factors make a city an agreeable, or unpleasant, place in which to live?

      Well I would do my research before moving as to find out about the community, the crime rate, what and if they have a police department that is pro-active in helping the community. Just do your research first while also taking into account how close you are to your work and all as all expenses keep rising constantly.
