        really I am surprized at that Cucumber I am sure they are lying through thier gold teeth with all that oil I thought they were earning around $3000.00 per mins oh well I got that wrong thanks for the comment lol

            Probably Norway, they struck oil thirty years ago and have lived well ever since.


            The UK also struck oil about the same time, and look at us now.

                        I think Switzerland would be on the debt-free or low debt list.  Also Alberta, Canada (even though it's not a country) is debt free.
