    If a check is from another bank , Wells Fargo and I deposit it in my Bank of America acc' how long before funds are avabile?

    And can I take a portion of the money for cash, when making this deposit?

      Ask your bank how long their check hold is for, usually a day or two depending on where the other bank is. You will have to wait that long until you can take any monies from the check out of the bank.
