      Kidney. It's an organ in your body that keeps your blood clean and removes bad stuff and sends it out of your body when you go to the bathroom. I'm assuming you are a child by the fact you spelled kidney wrong. This is why I used such simple language to explain.

        Kidney.It is the organ that cleans the blood of imperfections allowing you to pass them out thru your urine.

          I was going to use urine but wasn't sure of the kid's age and didn't know if he would know what the word urine meant, lol
