      This is usually a problem with women more than men.  E-coli is a normal bacteria found in stool.


      Wiping from back to front can transfer the bacteria.  Also, wearing thong underwear.


      Wipe from from to back, drop the tissue into the toilet basin, and wipe again with fresh tissue.
