    the difference between a bosal and a hackamore used on a horse

    A Bosal and a Hackamore are both types of bitless bridles. I have ridden with the Hackamore which is a good bridle. I have never used a bosal. The priciples are similar using leverage and pressure to control the mount. Click on to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bosal
