No, man  claims the bible to be God's word (not all of mankind claims this  however). The bible is a book and can not speak vocally. It doesn't breathe either. I actually saw someone say that once. They called it the living, breathing voice of God. That sounds so scary. A living, breathing book.  Total fanatic. I wonder if they feed their living, breathing book communal wafers and holy water.

IF you believe spirituality ?you would say yes .Me i dont.To me tom/dick /harry wrote the bible has enyone seen this god there is no god on "earth.?and before the bible do gooders say anything .I believe in people.

DOES THE BIBLE CLAIM TO BE GOD’S WORD?

• In the New Testament we find many verses that make the claim that the Bible came from God.


• II Peter 1:21 “...men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit”.


• II Peter 1:25 “But the word of the Lord stands forever. And this is the word that was preached to you.”


• II Timothy 3:16, “All scripture is God-breathed...”


• I Thessalonians 2:13, “...you received the word of God which you heard from us, you accepted it not as the word of men, but as it actually is, the word of God...”


• Galatians 1:11, 12 “...the gospel I preached is not something that man made up.  I...received it by revelation from Jesus Christ.”


• I Corinthians 14:37, “...what I am writing to you is the Lord’s command.”


• Matthew 10:20, “...it will not be you speaking, but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you.”


• These verses show clearly that the New Testament claims to be God’s Word.
