Check FACEBOOK and other similar websites. Contact other relatives and mutual friends to see if any of them can give you a phone number or address.
You might contact the high school your relative attended. Often, a reunion will be in the makings and someone is searching for names and addresses.
My uncle found a missing relative of mine years ago who had changed her name. I can't remember WHY, but her photo was in the newspaper and gave an address. That probably won't happen too often!
