So, you're asking if your RV can tow a Smart Car that two can sit in ? .........like a coup ?Most R Vs must be towed.They can't tow something else, unless they're a motor home. .......like in the movie , " RV " with Robin Williams. That was hilarious I've seen large motor homes towing a small car.
