    What changes could occur in a sample of urine if left at room temperature for 3 hours?

    I do not know over a 3 hour period,,but i did once hand in a urine test that should have come back positive,but came back negative..a lot of head scratching went on,,i won that round, but eventually lost the battle,,which was a good thing for me..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<< 

    3 hours won't make much difference,  but in your case it's been 3 years not so sure about that.
