    why cant i use my new printer?

    i down loaded drivers and still wont print. went on line and used the cd to get printer up and running (not)

      If you have it plugged into the computer, have it plugged into the electricity, used the installation disc to set it up and it still won't work. There are only two more things to do, check your Owner's Manual for further information or call the company that makes the printer and ask them what to do.
