      I have it too, there's stuff on the market for this, I have found nothing works. Just deal with it, its who you are. I been told its sexy! :)

          Use a good concealer like Shiseido Concealer Stick & get 8 hours of sleep a night.

            Foundation or concealer works well with this type of issue.

                well if it is eyeliner then use a baby wip or go in a hot shower but if you have bags unders your eyes then you need more sleep x
