    How can I get taller? im 5'4 and 16 and im 120 pounds (yes I know im skinny)

      Are you finished growing? Are you over the age of 22 (male)? If you're finished growing, your only alternative is the rack where you can be stretched.

        Start stretching do exersice eat correctly walk tall this means dont slouch this really depends on how tall your parents are and also what age you are ! a little more info wont go a miss thank you
