The hours, minutes, and seconds each rotate counterclockwise and are always read link from the top of each ring. The hours are indicated at the outer edge of the dial, where the trefoil shape points to the time. You link can simply glance at this ring to garner an immediate general reading of the time. Minutes are present through a link smaller aperture near 11 o'clock, with seconds turning on a yet smaller, fully exposed ring at eight o'clock.
