    hi my name is jackie and im over weight by 25 pounds and peeople make fun of me cause of it and ive tried to eat healthy and exrcise alott but it doesnt work PLEASE HELP

    is it safe to lose that much weight in such a short space of time?Could you perhaps see if your doctor has any suggestions?and Jackie,it really doesnt matter what some people think of you,its what you are inside thats important not how you look.Take care

      Amputation.... No, seriously, it took a while to gain the weight, it's going to take the same time to lose it.......

          Exercise helps more than diet. I too, put on 25 lbs 8 yrs ago.....thru no fault of my own. It was b/c I had a hysterectomy.
