    I never see any cedar waxwings on a lake in northern Onario.....We stiill have pine trees and whit birch as we had when I was growing up.What happened? Any wise guesses?

    It could be due to a lack of fruit because that is a mainstay of their diet....http://birdweb.org/birdweb/bird/cedar_waxwing
