Does a person have to have a fishing licens if they are in the boat with others fishing if they are not fishing?

This is for Florida freshwater

No. Don't get caught fishing without one though, you'll get fined.

The only rule is don't touch or handle any of the fishing equipment on the boat (fishing poles,bait,fish that your friends caught,etc) and you will be fine.
