      You need to go to a salon and have the old color stripped from your hair.

        cant I just put peroxide on my hair myself as I cant afford salon prices

        I actually just had to read up on this the other day for someone else and no, peroxide will not work. They have a special solution they use that is not sold on the market due to regulations. It is the only thing that works.
