    facial sweating

    this is a personal question.Has anyone any tips/advice to minimise facial sweating? Wheather running or working out in a gym my face sweats very heavily.i'm reasonably fit so any advice would be welcome!!!...thanks

      I too sweat like the proverbial pig, especially my head and face. I've learned to live with it, it's better than not sweating at all. Some of us are just sweaty folks! I knew a couple children from a family in WS that had NO sweat glands! A REAL problem. I understand that their life expectancy was short, don't know what happened to them as this was many years back. So I guess you should count your blessings. I've tried cleansing my face with witch hazel, worked somewhat, as it's an astringent.
