    I have your protection on two or more computers but my laptop is asking for a password. I used it on Monday and I've never installed a password on that computer. Is this perhaps a virus?

    My HP laptop is locked down in search of a password which I never installed.

      Did you try hitting the enter key without entering anything in the password box?
